The animation begins by introducing the Philadelphia Chromosome, the result of a reciprocal translocation between chromosomes 9 and 22. More specifically the breakpoint cluster region (BCR) of chromosome 22 is fused with part of the Abelson (ABL) gene on chromosome 9. The resulting BCR-ABL genetic domain now located within chromosome 22 and codes for a mutant tyrosine kinase also known as BCR-ABL. Under normal circumstances tyrosine kinase proteins respond to external cellular messaging proteins, and ultimately initiate a series of reactions that culminate in cellular replication. Conversely, BCR-ABL is constitutively active, meaning it does not require activation by the aforementioned cellular messaging proteins in order to stimulate cellular replication. This results in acceleration of cell division, an inhibition of DNA repair, overall genomic instability, and the fatal blast crisis characteristic of chronic myelogenous leukemia. The animation progresses to introduce Gleevec (imatinib), the first in a class of drugs that specifically target and competively inhibit the ATP binding site on BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase. This prevents the ABL domain from phosphorylating the tyrosine residue, and as a result preventing the proliferation of hematopoietic cells that express BCR-ABL. Therapy with imatinib results in a dramatic reduction of tumor clone cells and the occurrence of blast crisis', through targeted drug treatment which leaves health cells unscathed. She hasn't finished packing yet, so the boys, smitten as soon as she answers the door, compete to help her. Once packed, they compete to move more impressive piles of her belongings. Popeye easily wins these contests, even though Bluto locks him in the van at one point. Currently in the process of getting the documentation and instructional video done.This project was much harder than first anticipated but all in all, its a great looking model the flies like you wouldn't believe. Cutting takes around 10min and folding about 10min, then gluing another 10min. It takes around 30min to build one of these aircraft.Most of the research for the model was done by Thomas and I focused and the Cad Modelling and aerodynamics.Model should be available soon.

In this video, I showcase how Wolf works, including his move properties and what I believe will be key strategies to learn with him in the long run.I devoted a full video to Wolf because he's a cool character and a lot of people wanted to see how he works. He plays unlike any of the other space animals... he's more of a combo/juggle character like Sheik was in Melee than a true space animal, but he certainly has the space animal aura about him.I'm not very satisfied with this video. Wolf has a ton of combo potential, and we try to show it in the last 2 minutes by doing some combat and trying to land some combos, but we don't land anything too spectacular. I didn't feel like doing the entire movie over again, but you can use your imagination to envision how a lot of the combos were supposed to work. It's not too hard; everything seems to link into everything else with this guy, but we just had poor execution.Wolf is fun, and definitely strong!
