This is a simple video of Ice melting in a wine glass. I used my Canon Power Shot S3 IS with the GBTimelapse software. I used Sony Acid Music Studio for the sound. I made this one up. sorry for the camera its blurry and it like skipps idk y but sorry. anyway i pick a card and sign it. then put it in the deck and it vanishes. Then i get a wine glass and put some water in it. then i show my hand empty and i place my hand over the glass and shake it so no water can get out then when i stop shaking it a folded up card is inside of the glass. Then i shake it again and the water changes into ice. i take the card out and it is the signed card.

Two which our attemtion were Hot Ice, an ice wine which has a Wasabi spiciness to it is used as a perfect match to sushi or sashimi. Verjus is a wine based salad dressing substitute which was hss been used from the 1500's. It tastes great on it's own as an apperitif. This is a composite edit over several years. .
