Den hier erstplatzierten Trollinger weist der frische Weisswein was den Genuss angeht leicht in seine Schranken. Besonders interessant sind in Württemberg die Rieslinge aus exponierten Lagen und von den begabtesten und erfahrenen Winzern. Zwar soll es auch Freunde der Weine von Großabfüllern geben, allerdings bleiben diese Weine bei weitem hinter den authentischen Spezialitäten zurück. Den feinen Riesling aus Württemberg zeichnet in erster Linie das Wechselspiel zwischen Säure und Frucht aus, die Weine bleiben oft leicht im Alkohol, sind dennoch von ausgeprägter Aromatik und erfrischend im Abgang. Achtung, wenn Sie einmal eine richtig guten genießen durften werden Sie zu Wiederholungstäter!
