It's gorgeous outside, so I got a cravin' for a lil sangria wine.Here's the recipe:(For an alcohol-free version, substitute nonalcoholic wine for the white wine.)2 fresh peaches peeled and sliced or 2 cups frozed unsweetened peach slices, thawed.1 cup sliced strawberries or frozen unsweeted whole strawberries, thawed.1 orange, halved and thinly sliced.1 lemon or lime, sliced.1, one-litre bottle of club soda, chilled.2 cups of dry white wine, chilled.1/2 cup of orange juice, chilled.1/2 cup of cranberry juice cocktail, chilled.In a large punch bowl, layer all the fruit.Pour club soda over fruit; add wine, orange juice, and cranberry juice cocktail.Stir gently to combine.To serve:Ladle some of the fruit into glasses. Ladle wine mixture over fruit.Makes 14 (6-ounce) servings. Or if you're Michael and myself, it makes two servings.
