The following is a wine cellar that we just completed. We used the space between the house and the detached garage to put in the cellar. The racking was from Wine Cellar innovations. We used Icyene foam insulation. It has a split air cooling system that keeps it a steady 55 degrees. It will hold all most 2,000 bottles at full capacity.
